HSA Delhi: Congratulatory Note on Clearing the UPSC CSE 2024

The Hmar Students' Association, Joint Headquarters Delhi, extends our warmest congratulations to Mr. Jerry Lalhratthang Buongpui (AIR 999 CSE 2024) on his incredible achievement of clearing the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024. We are deeply thankful to God Almighty for answering the prayers of His people and for lifting one of our own to such a significant milestone.

At a time when the Kuki-Zomi-Hmar community continues to face the pain and uncertainty brought on by the ongoing ethnic violence in Manipur, Jerry’s success brings a sense of hope and encouragement to us all. His journey reminds us that even in times of suffering and displacement, determination, faith, and hard work can lead to meaningful change.
