Mumbai, June 29, 2025: In a moment of pride for Arunachal Pradesh, Dr. Minggam Pertin and Dr. Ashtomi Jamoh Pertin from Roing, Lower Dibang Valley district, have emerged as the crowned winners of Mr & Mrs Royal Global Married Couple 2025 at a glittering event held in Mumbai.
The duo bagged multiple titles at the prestigious pageant. Dr. Minggam Pertin won accolades for Mr Confident and was crowned Mr Royal Global King 2025, while his wife Dr. Ashtomi walked away with the Mrs National Global Queen (Platinum Category) title as well as All-rounder Mrs Royal Global Queen 2025. Their chemistry and charisma were further recognised with the Best Romantic Couple award.
Professionally, Dr. Minggam is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at TRIHMS and also serves as the General Secretary of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Arunachal Pradesh. Dr. Ashtomi is an assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacology.
Their achievement drew applause from across the state, with Chief Minister Pema Khandu extending heartfelt congratulations. In a post, he lauded the couple’s success as "a celebration of love, mutual respect, and the enduring strength of togetherness."
