125 Community Centres Inaugurated Across Garo Hills Under MegLife Project

South Garo Hills, June 17, 2025: In a major boost to grassroots development, 125 Community Centres funded under the MegLife Project were virtually inaugurated today at Dobakol Awewong in South Garo Hills district.

The centres, spread across various parts of the Garo Hills, were inaugurated through a video conferencing ceremony attended by local communities, who expressed their appreciation and excitement. The initiative aims to enhance community engagement, promote social harmony, and provide dedicated spaces for local programs, meetings, and skill-building activities.
