Itanagar, June 17, 2025: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has lauded the remarkable transformation brought about by the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) in the state’s recruitment process since its inception in 2018.
Taking to social media, Khandu highlighted that the APSSB has successfully conducted 27 recruitment examinations with zero complaints, a milestone reflecting its commitment to transparency, fairness, and efficiency.
Over the past seven years, more than 3.5 lakh candidates have applied for various positions under APSSB, and 3,200 candidates have been selected strictly on merit. The Board has also significantly reduced the time between examinations and appointments, streamlining the recruitment cycle for thousands of job seekers.
Emphasizing accountability, Khandu noted that APSSB has instituted a robust grievance redressal system and has earned the ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality standards in public service recruitment.
"Your hard work will never go in vain. We promise a recruitment process that values honesty, merit, and your dreams," said CM Khandu, reinforcing the government’s commitment to a corruption-free and merit-based system.
