New Delhi, June 17, 2025: The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has announced a 24-member travelling squad for the upcoming AFC Women’s Asian Cup Australia 2026 Qualifiers, set to be held in Thailand later this month. Head coach Crispin Chettri named the squad on Monday, with the final 23-player list to be confirmed before the opening match.
The Indian women's team, known as the Blue Tigresses, has been drawn in Group B and will face Mongolia (June 23), Timor Leste (June 29), Iraq (July 2), and hosts Thailand (July 5).

Only the group winners will qualify for the final tournament in Australia in March 2026, which also serves as a qualification pathway for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 in Brazil.
A notable highlight of the squad is the inclusion of 10 players from Manipur, reflecting the state’s strong contribution to Indian women’s football.
