Tuiṭhaphai, May 23, 2025, Virthli (ONP): Ngursanglur Sanate, Member of the Manipur Legislative Assembly representing 55-Tipaimukh (ST) Assembly Constituency, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Inspector Jeffrey Hmingchullo Hmar of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) for being conferred the prestigious Shaurya Chakra.
The honour was presented during the Defence Investiture Ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on May 22, 2025. Inspector Hmingchullo was recognized for his exceptional bravery, unwavering dedication, and selfless service to the nation.
In an official congratulatory note, MLA Sanate praised the Inspector's valor, highlighting his significant achievement as a source of pride for the Hmar community and a shining example of patriotism. "His courage and commitment are truly inspiring and serve as a testament to the brave spirit of the Hmar people," stated Sante.
