APPOINTMENT ORDER

As per amendment of the Constitution of the Hmar People's Convention (Democratic); HPC(D) General Headquarters has appointed the following Hmar National Workers as Council and Defence Wings with immediate effect until further notice.

1. Mr J.H Hmar, Director, I & PR.

2. Lieutenant Peka Hmar, Commander, Jiribam.

3. Lieutenant Isaac Hmar @ Sakpu i/c Commander, Town.

4. Lieutenant Elkan Darngawn, Commander, Sinlung Camp & Vangai

5. Lieutenant Maenga, Commander, Hmarram

6. Sergeant Major Samuel Singson (Chaplain)

7. Sergeant Lalțha Hmar, 2 i/c Town (Narcotic cell).

I wish them the best in the execution of their duties as a Hmar National Worker under HPC(D) General Headquarters.
