Imphal, August 1, 2025: The Hon’ble Governor of Manipur, Shri Ajay Kumar Bhalla, acknowledged and commended the emergency relief operation that successfully delivered essential ration and non-ration supplies to the remote Santing area under Henglep Sub-Division. The villages, cut off due to heavy rainfall and landslides, received urgent aid today through an airlift operation.
The relief effort was facilitated by the Home Department in close coordination with the Indian Air Force. Despite the challenging terrain and adverse weather conditions, the operation was executed with precision and dedication.
