Belonia, June 20, 2025: Tripura Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha today inaugurated 19 development projects worth approximately ₹32 crore in South Tripura district, reaffirming the state government's commitment to inclusive and far-reaching development.
Addressing the occasion, the Chief Minister emphasized the government's ongoing mission to ensure that modern and advanced infrastructure reaches every corner of the state. He also launched the ‘Jagrata’ web portal, an initiative of the South Tripura District Administration aimed at enhancing digital governance and citizen engagement.

• Dakshin Sonaichari HS School, Belonia
• Kalashi HS School, Santirbazar
• Baikhoara (English Medium) HS School, Santirbazar
• Manu Bankul HS School, Sabroom
• Shrinagar HS School, Sabroom
Seven Tehsil Offices:
• Maicherra
• Dakshin Bharat Chandra Nagar
• Radhanagar
• Jolaibari
• Baikhoara
• Bhuratali
• Matai
Three Tribal Hostels:
• Kalashi (Girls)
• Sabroom (Girls)
• Chatakchhari (Boys)
Three Health Centres:
• Muhuripur
• Manu Bankul
• Maicherra

Dr. Saha stated that these infrastructure projects will significantly improve education, healthcare, administrative services, and tribal welfare in the region. The newly launched Jagrata portal is expected to enhance transparency, accountability, and citizen service delivery at the district level.
