Agartala, June 7, 2025: Tripura Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha chaired a high-level meeting today aimed at enhancing healthcare services at Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC) and GBP Hospital. The meeting brought together top officials from the state’s health department and a delegation from AIIMS, New Delhi.
Held at the TIFT Conference Hall, the meeting was attended by Prof. M. Srinivas, Director of AIIMS, New Delhi, along with senior AIIMS officials and state healthcare authorities.
Chief Minister Dr. Saha reaffirmed the state government's commitment to providing world-class healthcare to the people of Tripura. Discussions focused on strengthening infrastructure, improving patient care, and exploring avenues of collaboration between AGMC, GBP Hospital, and AIIMS to bring advanced medical services closer to the citizens.
