Kumarghat/Pecharthal, June 5: Tripura Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha today inaugurated 10 completed infrastructure projects and laid the foundation stones for 5 more, as part of the state government's ongoing push to modernize public infrastructure across all districts and sub-divisions.
The projects, spanning healthcare, education, administrative services, and public safety, reflect the state’s commitment to all-round development and improved citizen services.
“Infrastructure that touches people’s lives - schools, health centers, fire stations, offices - is being upgraded to modern and citizen-friendly standards across Tripura,” the Chief Minister said.
Projects Inaugurated Today:
Pecharthal Primary Health Center – ₹2.25 crore
Shantipur High School building – ₹1.46 crore
Four Health Sub-Centers (Sonamura, Saidabari, Betachhara, Deovally) – ₹30 lakh each
Machmara Tehsil Office – ₹30 lakh
RCC Bridge, Ratiyabari – ₹33.9 lakh
North-East Kanchanbari High School building – ₹20 lakh
Science Lab and Art & Craft Room, Bhati Dudhpur High School – ₹40.4 lakh
Foundation Stones Laid:
Betachhara High School building – ₹8.51 crore
Sub-Divisional Magistrate Office, Kumarghat – ₹8 crore
Multipurpose Centers at Sadhu Chandra Para and Seba Chandra Para – ₹60 lakh each
Fire Station, Pecharthal – ₹2.68 crore
The Chief Minister reiterated that these projects are part of a larger vision to create a more inclusive and well-equipped Tripura.
