Aizawl, June 11, 2025, Virthli (ONP): In a significant career advancement, Pi Lalṭhangpui Pulamte, MPS, wife of Michael Amo (Second-in-Command, CRPF), has been promoted from Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) to Selection Grade (SG), effectively elevating her to the rank of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP).
Pi Lalṭhangpui previously served as Superintendent of Police (SP), Mamit District, and is currently serving as SP, Mizoram Fire and Emergency Services. While her new posting under the upgraded rank is yet to be officially announced, expectations are high regarding where she will next serve in her expanded capacity.
Daughter of Dr. Lalkhawlien Pulamte, Pi Lalṭhangpui Pulamte entered the Mizoram Police Service through the MPSC with distinction - securing the top position in her batch.
