The CYMA also urged Chief Minister Lalduhoma to take serious note of their proposals, including matters discussed during a meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah on March 15, 2025. Key among the issues raised were the Rs 100 crore proposal for the construction of a YMA Conference Centre at Thingsulthliah and the funding sought for narcotics-related interventions through the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

Further, the association highlighted their recommendation to upgrade the Jordan Centre in Sethawn, which cares for drug rehabilitation patients. They called on both the State Government and church organizations to enhance cooperation and support for such rehabilitation initiatives, while also noting that government consultations on expanding support for drug-affected individuals are ongoing.

The CYMA also reaffirmed that major road improvement works are currently underway between Sakawrdai and Mauchar, in preparation for the grand YMA General Conference scheduled for October this year. The matter had previously been discussed in a meeting with Chief Minister Lalduhoma, which was also attended by CYMA President Lalhmachhuana and other senior office bearers.
