CONGRATULATORY NOTE ON BEING CONFERRED THE SHAURYA CHAKRA
The Hmar Students' Association, JHQ Delhi, extends our heartfelt congratulations to Inspector Jeffrey Hmingchullo of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on being conferred the prestigious Shaurya Chakra by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, at the Defence Investiture Ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhawan on 22nd May 2025.
Inspector Hmingchullo was honoured for his exceptional courage and leadership during a high-risk anti-Naxal operation in Jharkhand, where he displayed exemplary bravery under enemy fire and contributed significantly to the success of the mission.
His recognition with the Shaurya Chakra not only honours his individual courage but also reflects the enduring spirit of bravery and sacrifice within the Hmar community. In a time when role models are deeply needed, Inspector Hmingchullo’s exemplary service inspires us all, especially the youth, to uphold values of bravery, integrity, and dedication to the nation.
We salute Inspector Hmingchullo for his extraordinary service and pray for his continued safety, strength, and success as he serves the nation in its ongoing efforts to ensure peace and security. May his life and achievements continue to shine as an example of dedication and excellence.
