VIRTHLI

Imphal, May 24, 2025, Virthli (ONP): The Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity (COCOMI) has announced the launch of a statewide mass agitation beginning May 25, in protest against what it calls a “deep insult” to Manipur’s identity. This follows the Governor’s failure to apologize within a 48-hour deadline for the reported restriction on the use of the name “Manipur” on MST buses during the Shirui Festival on May 20.
