Ph.D: A candidate may apply for Admissions into Ph.D programme either at the beginning of new academic session (June-July) or in February (subject to availability of seats)
Last date for submission of applications (Ph.D): 30th June, 2012, 20th February, 2013
B.Tech: 50% of B.Tech seats will be filled through AIEEE
The remaining 50% will be filled through engineering entrance examination to be conducted by Mizoram University (MZUEEE)
Successful candidates will be called for interview in order of merit
MBA: Admission in MBA will be on the basis of MAT score (valid up to June-2012) followed by group discussion and personal interview
In addition, candidates are also required to apply to Mizoram University on prescribed application form
Only those candidates who have valid MAT score and also applied to Mizoram University shall be considered
MAT form can be obtained from the Dept of Management, Mizoram University or directly from AIMA, New
Delhi (www.aima.ind.org)
In case of vacant seats, Mizoram University will conduct entrance test
Intake capacity: 24 (reservation as per university norms plus 3 supernumerary NRI seats)
How to apply: Prescribed application forms with prospectus will be available in the Office of the Controller of Examinations during office hours on payment of Rs 100/- for SC/ST and Rs 200/- for others in cash or through SBI/UBI demand draft in favour of Mizoram University
Application forms/prospectus can also be obtained through post by remitting Rs 50/- extra as postal charges
Form downloaded from University website should be submitted with required fees
For MBA, MJMC and B.Tech Professional Courses, the fee for admission form is Rs 700/- (Rs 350/- for SC/ST candidates)
Last date for submission of application form: Application Forms duly completed in all respect are to be submitted to the Head of the concerned Departments on or before 30th June, 2012 or 14 days from the date of declaration of MZU-UG final year results whichever is later
Last date of submission of application form for MBA, B.Tech Course is: 19th June, 2012
Applications received after the specified date will not be entertained
Incomplete applications will be rejected
