Jamia Millia Islamia, invites application for Ph.D ProgrammeQualifications : A candidate for admission to the Programme for Degree of Doctor of Philosophy must have obtained at least a Second Class Masters Degree with not less than 55% of marks of a University or a Degree recognized by the University as its equivalent in the subject in which the candidate wishes to pursue a course of research or in a subject allied thereto. Provided that a relaxation to the extent of 5 % of marks in the subject concerned/ subject allied thereto will be given to the candidates with disabilities.
HOW TO APPLY : Application in the prescribed format may be submitted in the respective department /Centres on or before July 8 th 2011 along with a crossed demad draft of Rs 1000 from any nationalized Bank drawn in favour of the Registrar, Jamia Millia Islamia at New Delhi.
