Imphal, August 1, 2025: Manipur has been awarded the title of Best North East State in Organ Donation and Transplantation during the 15th Indian Organ Donation Day (IODD). The prestigious recognition acknowledges the state’s exceptional contributions to organ donation awareness and medical infrastructure.
The award ceremony is set to take place on August 2, 2025, at Bhim Hall, Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi, with Union Health Minister Shri J.P. Nadda gracing the occasion as Chief Guest.
