Tokyo, July 5, 2025: In a strategic move to boost international cooperation and economic development, a high-level delegation from Nagaland led by Abu Metha, Advisor to the Chief Minister and Chairman of the Investment and Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN), held a series of meetings with Japanese companies, NGOs, and stakeholders in Tokyo.

Accompanied by Hekani Jakhalu, Hon’ble Advisor for Industries & Commerce, and officials from IDAN and the Department of Industries & Commerce, the delegation explored potential collaborations and investment partnerships across sectors.

The discussions focused on avenues to bring in development projects, foster entrepreneurship, and create new opportunities for youth in Nagaland. Abu Metha emphasized that these efforts reflect a commitment to broadening Nagaland’s horizons and building a stronger, more connected future for the people of the state.
