Imphal, July 17, 2025: The Hon’ble Governor of Manipur, Shri Ajay Kumar Bhalla, chaired the General Council Meeting of the Manipur State Kala Academi (MSKA) at Raj Bhavan today.
During the meeting, members held in-depth discussions on strategic plans for the administration and future development of the Academi. A key focus was the formation of Standing Committees to streamline the institution’s operations and enhance its effectiveness.

The Council also deliberated on launching new programs aimed at promoting art, culture, and literature across various platforms - from local initiatives to national and international engagements.
