Following this, the ISF team also held a detailed meeting with Pu Joel Timung, Chief Engineer of PWD. Addressing queries raised by ISF, Pu Timung clarified that while the government had initially sanctioned ₹12 crore for the construction of the Mini Stadium, the total approved budget was later revised to ₹13.71 crore. He informed the ISF leaders that Haflong already has a large stadium and noted that the community is fortunate to be receiving another one at Muolhoi. He added that construction of the new stadium would commence soon, further enhancing sports infrastructure in the region.

Pu Timung acknowledged the ISF’s concern regarding the delay and design issues. He assured them that the project was implemented under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) model, and that any design modifications would be duly considered and incorporated as necessary.

The ISF expressed appreciation for the transparency and reassurances given. They also emphasized the importance of timely and community-oriented infrastructure, especially for youth development in the region.
