Application in the prescribed form are invited for admission to the courses of study in the North-Eastern Hill University for the academic session commencing from August, 2015. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR M.Ed. PROGRAMME:  The candidates seeking admission for M.Ed. Programme should have obtained at least 50% marks equivalent grade in the following programmes; B.Ed. B.A. B.Ed, B.Sc. B.Ed. B.El.Ed. D.El.Ed. with an undergraduate degree (with 50% marks in each)

HOW TO APPLY

Prospectus with prescribed application forms can be obtained in person from the Receptionist, Administrative Building, Permanent Campus, Shillong-793022 or from the office of the Pro-Vice Chancellor, NEHU, Tura Campus, Tura-794002 during office hours on payment of Rs.220/- and Rs.110/- (for SC/ST category) through University Challan or can be downloaded from the University Website www.nehu.ac.in and payment should be through e-challan. The Prospectus/ application form fee is not reimbursable. The admission forms may be downloaded from NEHU Websitewww.nehu.ac.in. and filled-in application form along with the copy of e-challan of the same amount can be sent to the respective Head of Departments*, NEHU, Permanent Campus, Mawkynroh-Umshing, Shillong-793022 or NEHU, Tura Campus, Chandmari, Tura – 794002.

LAST DATE FOR APPLICATION

Application forms for various Master and Diploma Courses duly filled-in are to be submitted to the Head of respective Department on or before 11th July, 2015. For admission to M.Phil/Ph.D. Programme the last date of submitting application shall be11th September, 2015. Application received after the specified date will not be entertained.
