Imphal, September 25 2012: The Hmar Youth Association (HYA), Joint Headquarters, Imphal has congratulated all seven candidates belonging to the Hmar community who scaled the MCSCC Exam, 2010 conducted by the MPSC.
A statement issued by the HYA, Imphal Jt Hqtrs, Lalvulthang has also extended best wishes to all the successful candidates while also wishing the successful candidates render best services towards the development and welfare of the general public and the Hmars in particular.
