Lamka: The Zomi Re-unification Organisation, a constituent member of the UPF today slammed Hmar National Army for accusing them of opposing the Kuki State Demand Committee and their demands, reports our Correspondent.

"Any clarification(s) on our stand in regards to tribal politics in Manipur may kindly be obtained directly, without any hesitation from the ZRO leadership.

If there is any disagreement on the formation of KSDC and its demand within Kuki community it would be wise on the part of the leadership to retrospect and seek for a more participative, encompassing approach towards a realistic goal", said the ZRO statement signed by one Kenneth.

"We find it quite unbecoming for groups like HNA to accused ZRO/ZRA for opposing the KSDC and its demand", it added.

It is pertinent to mention that the HNA had some days back sought to clarify the formation of KSDC, a committee which two other members of the UPF, the UKLF and KNF (P) had censured for not taking all Kuki armed groups into confidence.

And while doing so, it had remarkably urged upon the ZRO/ZRA not to oppose the committee.
