CRPF: Asst. Sub-Inspector & Head Constable Posts

Applications are invited from Male and Female candidates for the combatised post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer-Grade-III) and Head Constable (Ministerial) in Central Reserve Police Force as per tentative vacancy position given below. The posts are temporary but likely to become permanent.

Pay Scale:
• Asst. Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) :Rs.5200-20200+GP-2800/- (Minimum Rs.8,560/- P.M.)
• Head Constable (Ministerial) :Rs.5200-20200+GP-2400/- (Minimum Rs.7,510/- P.M.)
Education Qualification:
Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent passed from recognized board or university.

Skill Test Norm on Computer:
• For ASI(Steno) – Dictation : 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m. Translation: 50 mts(English), 65 mts (Hindi)
• For HC(Min) – Typing on computer – 35 w.p.m in English (30 w.p.m for SC/ST) or 30 wpm in Hindi.
Note: Typing speed test will be conducted only on computers.

Age Limit: Between 18-25 years as on 16/11/2010 (upper age limit relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates)

How to Apply: Application in prescribed form as given in Annexure – "A' duly filled addressed to the concerned DIGP, Group Centre, should be sent to any of the following centres so as to reach there on or before 16/11/2010. A candidate shall have the choice to appear for the test at only one centre. Once the choice is given the centre will not be changed under any circumstances

Indian Air Force invites applications from unmarried male candidates for selection tests in February 2011 to Join as an Airman in Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades for the posts of Officers/Pilots/Navigators.

Qualification: Candidate should have passed Intermediate/10+2 with pass marks in Mathematics and Physics with a minimum of 50% marks (OR) Should have passed a 3 year Diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) with at least 50% marks from a Govt. recognised Polytechnic Institute

Age: Born between 01 APRIL 1990 to 31 MAY 1994.
Pay Scale: During training, a stipend of Rs. 5,700/-pm. After completion of training Rs. 15,062/-pm (approximately)

Medical Standards:
Height: Minimum acceptable height is 152.5 cm.
Chest: Minimum range of expansion: 5 cm
Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
Vision: Minimum Visual Standard: Unaided 6/36 and correctable to at least 6/9 for each eye with spectacles, Dioptectric power not exceeding + 3.5 including astigmatism. Full field of vision and Defective safe colour vision CP-II/III. Corneal Surgery (PRK/LASIK) is not acceptable.
Hearing: Candidates should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately.
Dental: Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and minimum 14 dental points.
Health: Candidates should be free from medical or surgical deformity. He should be free from all communicable diseases and skin ailments. Candidates must be physically and mentally FIT to perform duty in any part of the world, in any climate and terrain.

Holders of educational qualifications included in Part–II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub Section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

Should also possess Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty mentioned in Section ‘A’ or in Section ‘B’ in Schedule-I or equivalent and one and half years experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining PG Degree or two and half years experience after obtaining PG Diploma.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600 – 39100/- Grade pay Rs.6600/-
Age: 35 years.

2.Assistant Medical Officer(Deputy Commandant): 291 posts in various CPOs(CRPF-97, BSF-58, ITBP-72, Assam Rifles – 12, SSB-52)

Qualification:
A recognized medical qualification of allopathic system of medicines included in the first or second schedule or Part–II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part–II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub Section (3) of Section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Candidates who may be undergoing the rotating internship shall be eligible to apply and appear for the interview provided that if selected, they shall have satisfactory completed the compulsory internship before appointment.
