Churachandpur, July 15, 2025: In a continued push for inclusive development and last-mile service delivery, the Churachandpur District Administration conducted two outreach camps on Tuesday at Rengkai Community Hall in Rengkai Village and at S. Molcham Village. These camps were held under the ongoing Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA), a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs aimed at ensuring saturation of welfare schemes in tribal-dominated areas.
The camps were supervised by Shri Vidyamari Sridhar for Lamka TD Block and Shri Jangminlen Lupho, SDO of Tuibong Sub-Division. Several key line departments, including Health, Social Welfare, Agriculture, PHED, Education, and IT, participated in the initiative by setting up service stalls to offer doorstep access to a wide range of public services.
Residents benefitted from services such as Aadhaar enrolment and updates, ration card registration, and issuance of Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) health cards. Officials also facilitated the distribution of caste, tribe, and domicile certificates, registration for social security pensions, and opening of Jan Dhan accounts. Support was extended for availing Kisan Credit Cards, MGNREGA job registration, and schemes under PM Vishwakarma and Mudra loans. Other services included enrolment for accident insurance, immunization for children, ICDS benefits for mothers and infants, and general health screenings with free medicines provided on-site.

To ensure responsive governance, a dedicated grievance redressal desk was established at both venues, enabling immediate resolution of public concerns. District-level officers and field staff from participating departments worked in coordination to streamline operations and ensure efficient delivery of services to all attendees.
The DAJGUA saturation campaign reflects the district administration’s unwavering commitment to tribal welfare and empowerment, reaffirming its focus on transparency, accessibility, and equity in governance across the remotest corners of Churachandpur.
