Sangma and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma convened a high-level meeting today in Guwahati to discuss various inter-state matters. 6. Both states agreed to collaborate on solving the urban flooding problem in Guwahati, entrusting NESAC to conduct satellite mapping followed by a technical study from IIT Roorkee.
