Shillong, May 24, 2025, Virthli (ONP): A disturbing case of public harassment has emerged from Umsohsun area in Shillong, where CCTV footage captured a masked man lifting the skirts of schoolgirls and filming the act on his phone.
The incident reportedly took place on Friday morning in a narrow lane, where the man had seemingly planned his act in advance. His face was covered with a mask, and he deliberately positioned himself to target unsuspecting students passing by.
The shocking footage has sparked outrage in the local community, though no official statement from the police has been issued as of yet. Concerned citizens are calling for swift identification and action against the perpetrator.
