This is for information to the general public, that the HSA is deeply concerned with the present impasse besieging the Manipur University, which seems to show no signs of abating. If the impasse continues in the same intensity, then thousands of students' stands to be affected and their
future jeopardised.
The HSA GHQ, taking cognisance of the prevailing situation in the varsity, after much thought and deliberation have resolved to endorse the 48 Hours General Strike called by the ATSUM in the interest of the students of the state from the midnight of 9th to the midnight of 11th August, 2018.
The HSA requests every individual to support & cooperate with the volunteers, and to please close down all business establishments & educational institutions in all of the HSA functional areas (Manipur) during the 48 Hours ATSUM General Strike.
