Educational qualification: Post Graduate degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics for the post of Indian Economic Service and Post Graduate degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics for the post of Indian Statistical Service from a recognized University.
Age limit: The age limit is must have attained 21 years and must have attained the 30 years as on 01-01-2011, relaxation as per rules.
Application Fee: Candidates applying online to pay the fee of Rs 100/- (No fee for Female/SC/ST/PH candidates) either remit the money in any branch of SBI by cash (OR) by using net banking facility of SBI (OR) by using visa/master credit/debit card. Candidates applying offline through Common Application Form to pay the fee of Rs 200/- through a single Central Recruitment Fee Stamp (CRFS) and affixed on the application form given in the space
How to apply: The eligible candidates have to apply either online or offline mode.
Online : The candidates have to apply through online from the www.upsconline.nic.in website on or before 29-08-2011, till 11.59 pm.
