Educational Qualifications:
(a) Essential:
Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/Agriculture Engineering/Civil Engineering with Master’s Degree in WRE/WRD/SWCE/WUM/Env. Engg./Hydrology/Watershed Management.
(b) Desirable:
Ph.D. in any related subject and Research Publications of National/International Standard.
Experience:
Any person holding an analogous post of Chief Engineer or Additional Chief Engineer in any Water Resources Department of State/Central Government,Professor or Head of the 25 years of service in the respective field in such institutes and working in a post substantively with a Grade Pay of Rs.8,900/- or above for at least 2 years and having a good/proven administrative capacity and experience.
Age Limit: Not below 52 years and above 56 years as on 01.02.2011.
