Department of Information Technology- Scientist Posts

Department of Information Technology(DIT) invites applications from interested / eligible candidates for filling up following posts in the Department on Direct Recruitment basis in the Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100/-):


1. Scientist ‘D’: 11 Posts
2. Scientist ‘C’: 29 Posts
3. Scientist ‘B’: 27 Posts

Qualification:
• First class/Division in Bachelor‟s Degree in Technology or Engineering or Equivalent and atleast 60% marks in aggregate; or
• M.Sc degree in Physics/Applied Physics/Electronics/Applied Electronics/Radio Physics and Electronics/any other related specialization and/or discipline, with atleast 60% marks in aggregate; or
• M.Sc Degree in Information Technology after doing B.Sc with atleast 60% marks in aggregate; or
• MCA degree, after doing B.Sc with atleast 60% marks in aggregate.
Desirable :
Master‟s Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Or equivalent or Ph.D.
