Churachandpur, July 16 2018: The Hmar Students Association GHQ on Monday held rally at three locations across Pherzawl district, demanding the staff of the sub-divisional offices to attend their respective office at the designated locations and sealed the temporary offices located within Churachandpur town.
The agitations of the student body was taken up after authorities have failed to meet a dateline served before for shifting of offices to designated locations.
Student in hundreds carried out the rally in Patpuihmun, Pherzawl and Parbung raising banners and slogans before the unoccupied offices demanding that the staffs to attend them.
The students sealed offices of SDO/BDO Vangai and SDO/BDO Tipaimukh.
'We don't want camp office, Share time with us, Serve the people not the Boss, Office without workers is useless, We need workers not offices, were some of the banners witnessed in the rallies Monday.
