Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold a Combined All India Open Examination forrecruitment to the posts of Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerk for which 12th Standard Pass or equivalent is the minimum qualification. The Examinationwill comprise of a Written Objective Type Examination followed by Data Entry Skill Test / Typing Test.
Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Vacancies in the post of DEO & LDC will be determined in due course.
Educational Qualification: Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent or higher examination from a recognised Board or University.
Pay Scale: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2400 for DEO & Rs.1900 for LDC.
Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years and 27 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-08-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt rules).
Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 100/-. Amount can be paid through SBI challan or through SBI Net Banking or can also be paid by means of CRFS available at Departmental Post offices.
